- 07.30 Companies set up
- 08.00 Buyers commence arriving
- 08.30 Meetings commence at 8:30 sharp – duration 20 mins each
Meetings will be 20 minutes in duration, a 5 min warning announcement will be followed by an announcement to ‘conclude your meeting’.
- 12.40 Lunch on the 4th floor
Lunch commences at 1240 sharp. One delegate per company can attend the buyer lunch on Floor 4. A casual lunch will be provided for remaining delegates in the Canal Suite at the east end of Floor 5. Teas & Coffees will be available at stations throughout the day.
- 14.30 Meetings recommence at 14:30 sharp

- 17.30 Buyers depart for Airport
