The Salt Restaurant at Lisloughrey Lodge Hotel is strongly committed to supporting small food suppliers and sourcing the best of artisan products. "We list our network of suppliers at the bottom of our menus and on our website. We also include additional supplier and country of origin information when introducing each dish. We source our beef and lamb from James McGeough of Oughterhard, free range pork from Castlemine Farm and fish from Duane’s seafood in Clifden. Vegetables are supplied by Burke’s of Galway and salads are grown in Headford by Stephen Gould”.
