Fish- Surprisingly Simple!
As an island nation, we’re lucky to have a plentiful supply of fantastic fish at our fingertips like hake, haddock and whiting which is healthy to eat and simple to cook. As well as being delicious, white fish is also a versatile ingredient to cook with, as one type can easily be swapped for another in a recipe. Here in Bord Bia we have come up with some easy and delicious fish recipes that are sure to become weekly meals. Pan Fried Whiting with Tomato and Red Onion Salad, Monkfish with Roast Red Pepper Sauce, and Asian Style Hake with Sweet Chilli, Scallion, Coriander and Lime Butter Sauce are just a few of the many recipes we have to offer!

And to make things easier for you, Donal has provided his top tips for cooking, preparing and storing fish.
