Tomato sauce
Pasta
- 350g pasta, cooked and kept warm
To Cook
Mix the lamb with all the meat ball ingredients and shape into little meatballs. Mix the tomato sauce ingredients together. Cook the meatballs in a little hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomato mixture to the hot pasta, toss well. Then add the meatballs plus any juices from the pan.
Serve with some extra chopped basil.
