 Oriental Lamb Stir-fry with crispy Vegetables 

Stir-fry strips are one of the new lamb options available for speed and convenience 

Serves 4 
Oriental Lamb Stir-fry with crispy Vegetables 
Ingredients
  • 450g (1lb) lamb stir-fry strips
  • 2 tablesp. soy sauce
  • 1 pack of 4 minutes noodles
  • 1-2 tablesp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 225g (8oz) vegetables, sliced
  • 1 chilli chopped
 

To Cook

Method

Step 1: Mix the lamb with the soy sauce.

Step 2: Reconstitute the noodles according to the packet instructions. Keep warm. Set aside.

Step 3: Heat a wok or large pan. Add the oil.

Step 4: Add the garlic and lamb and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the vegetables and chilli and stir-fry for another minute.

Step 5: Serve with the noodles.
