The Just Ask restaurant of the month for November goes to Hatch & Sons Irish Kitchen, St Stephens Green, Dublin 2.


"Local sourcing is at the heart of everything we serve and we also offer a selection of artisan products for sale – if it isn’t Irish, we don’t sell it. Michael Bermingham butchers supply us with their famous spiced beef while smoked salmon and mackerel come from the Burren Smokehouse in Co. Clare. All our meats are Irish and supplied from M&K meats. Other artisan producers name-checked on our menu include Kilbeggan porridge, Killowen yoghurt, Waterford Blaas and Glenilen butter, along with a range of some of Ireland’s finest farmhouse cheeses".
