Prior to the workshop, Helen King will share the findings of Feeling the Pinch - the fifth iteration of the study that explores the consumer outlook for the year ahead in Ireland and Britain at 8.00am in Bord Bia offices. The study is a detailed examination of the impact the recession has had on consumers’ behaviour and how food and drink companies can respond to the challenges presented.
