About Colin Gordon:

Colin Gordon was appointed CEO of Glanbia Consumer Foods Ireland in March 2006. Prior to that he headed up C&C Ireland for 8 years where he oversaw the performance of Ireland’s largest soft drinks company and the development of Magners in Northern Ireland. He has held a number of other senior management positions within C&C Group and elsewhere in Irish Industry for over 25 years. Colin is a Fellow of the Marketing Institute and was a founder and Chairperson for 5 years of Bord Bia’s Brand Forum. He is on the Council of Food and Drinks Industry of Ireland, is Chairman of the Consumer Foods Council, a Board Member of Bord Bia’s Consumer Food Board and a former President of the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund. About Steven Jones:

Steve is a leading industry advisor, consultant and author with a passion for delivering bottom line results. He has led and built a number of consulting organizations and is a recognised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing as one of the World’s Top 50 most influential marketing thinkers that have shaped and molded modern marketing.

He launched the British Airways Executive Club Gold Card in the 80s, increasing loyalty by 16% and revenue by £250 million, He was a member of the DTI’s UK 20 Year Strategic Think Tank to create direction for Government policy for UK PLC and as COO took a sports media and technology start up company through two rounds of private equity finance.

In  addition to industry positions with British Airways, Avis and Thorn EMI, Steve has held senior consulting positions including Peppers & Rogers, EDS Consulting, Conduit Partners and Sustema.

A published author, Steve has written “All-to-One”, which focuses on connecting enterprises to their markets with a customer centric approach to managing business.
