At the sessions, companies will identify the possibilities available to them and develop their own action plan that will steer their brands through 2009. The programme of activity also gives attendees the confidence and belief to take action.
The purpose of the programme is to:
1. Assess where company brands are now
2. Identify the problems and opportunities available from a business perspective
3. Identify possible solutions for their business
4. Allow attendees set personal and business goals and develop an action plan for their own business
Format: Four week programme. Two facilitated workshops will take place in Bord Bia Head Office in Dublin in March with 1-2-1 coaching calls and fieldwork between sessions. The programme has been timed towards the end of Q1 so that attendees can develop an updated marketing strategy that takes into account post Christmas trading.
Structure:
- 1 pre workshop questionnaire and brief telephone interview
- 2 x 1 day facilitated workshops
- 2 x45 minute 1-2-1 telephone coaching sessions
Cost is dependant on company turnover:
Turnover less than €2.5m = €250;
Turnover greater than €2.5m = €400
Attendees: This programme is for business owners and senior management teams who want to lead their brands successfully through 2009 rather than react to market conditions.
Facilitator: The programme will be delivered by Client Focused Coaching and Sinead Hewson will lead the sessions.
Sinéad Hewson is facilitator / coach specialising in business leadership and innovation. She works internationally with entrepreneurs and SMEs helping clients develop effective, highly performing businesses that are successful and fully aligned with their vision, mission and goals.
She has extensive food and drink industry experience. Clients include multi-nationals, semi-states and commercial organisations in Ireland, the UK and Europe. She recently edited the PR handbook for the Bord Bia Brand Forum which is due for publication in 2009.
