Based on the recent poll for what you would like covered at the next Brand Forum, we will focus this event on packaging/design, online selling and PR / Social Media. We would like to have this as informal and interactive as possible. Therefore presentations will be kept short to allow a more open discussion.

Breda Maher of Cooleeney Cheese has spent the last 10 months working with a Brand Forum mentor and Dynamo to redesign her packaging range. Part of this process involved Bord Bia’s Foresight4Food process to understand the consumer and to gauge feedback on the packaging. She will share her thoughts on the highs and lows of the process and answer any questions you may have on redesigning and researching your brands.
- Keith Bohanna – is a self confessed foodie and an internet consultant and trainer. He works with companies who want to market their brands online either via marketing or ecommerce.
- Pat Whelan – jameswhelanbutchers.com have been selling online since 2004 and their website is now a business in its own right separate to that of the butchers in Clonmel. They now deliver to customers in Ireland and the UK.
- Deirdre Collins from Dee’s Wholefoods launched in 2009 and has used PR and social media to drive the awareness of her innovative brand on a limited budget. She was also a finalist in the Food and Drink Category of the SFA Awards.
