
- Access to the venue will be available to you from 0700 hrs on Tuesday Feb 9th
- When you enter the Hogan stand, take the lift to Floor 5.
- You will be offered assistance to store your chilled, frozen or ambient product for sampling. Please bear in mind the 5kg limit per company, product in excess of this will have to be returned to your vehicle.
- When you exit the lift, a floor plan will be available to direct you to your meeting area.
- On arrival at your meeting area, your Bord Bia meeting minder will introduce themselves to you. This person will be your point of contact if a buyer does not attend your stand at the designated time.
- In your meeting area, you will find your pack which contains the following;
o Badges for all delegates preregistered by your company.
o Your meeting schedules
o A layout map (also attached to this e-mail).
o Your buyer profiles.
o A lunch ticket for one delegate
o Meeting reports templates, and
o A client satisfaction questionnaire
- Meetings commence at 0830 sharp
In an effort to ensure a smooth and successful event for all, please adhere to the time announcements.
Space limitations will prohibit any dressing in your meeting area. Please do not bring pop up units, backdrops or additional graphics, there is no stage facility available for them.
If sample preparation is required for a meeting, please send your delegate to the kitchen at least 15 minutes in advance.
Your meeting minder is your first point of contact for a missing buyer. Any other queries should be directed to the Help Desk.
Please do not travel to Croke Park on Monday Feb 8th, access will only be permitted to construction contractors on that day
