The Presentations are zipped files (the files are large, over 40MB, so may be slow to download), to play the presentations you will need to have the Adobe Flash Player plugin, it can be downloaded here - http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
To view the presentation video files.
1) Unzip the file
2) Then click on the .swf file
