  • 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Two slices streaky bacon, cooked crispy
  • 1 egg, fried

To Cook

Grill the bread with the olive oil, top with the rocket, tomatoes and bacon slices, finish with the fried egg, delicious!
