Following consultation with Irish food and drink companies, Bord Bia launched a new Key Customer Management programme in late 2019 to help answer critical questions such as: "How can I engage with my current customers to develop win-win proposals that deliver sustainable commercial benefits for both our businesses?"
To meet your needs and the realities of our current situation, we have updated the programme to be delivered as a series of three webinars, each looking in-depth at a different aspect of the Key Customer Management framework. The webinars are supported by an interactive guidebook, tools, tips and videos that will shortly be available online.
The first webinar in the series will take place on June 4th at 11am and will explore "How to put your customer at the heart of your business and how to develop great customer understanding". In our ever-evolving world, Key Customer Management is critically important and this programme will help you to update your approach and deliver profitable growth for both you and your customer, now and as you emerge into the future.
The next two webinars in the series will look at: "Creating a trusted partnership with your customer and preparing to engage with them"; and "How to engage with your customer and ensuring excellent execution". These webinars will be held on June 11th and 25th respectively.
The webinars will be hosted by Eileen Bentley and Thomas Gavin from Bord Bia, who will be joined by Zoe Williams and Pedro Figueira of Brand Learning, who will share their significant global experience in customer management.
