Tomato Salsa


  • 4 large vine ripened tomatoes, chopped finely
  • ½ small red onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tablesp. olive oil
  • 1 tablesp. lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, diced
  • 2 tablesp. finely chopped fresh coriander leaves


Combine all the salsa ingredients together in a bowl, taste and season.

Serving Suggestions

This tastes great with Beef Nachos or Lamb and Cheddar Quesadillas.
