We are delighted to invite you to Bord Bia's Key Customer Management two-day workshop in association with Brand Learning Accenture, taking place on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th June in the Thinking House, Bord Bia, Dublin 2.
Following consultation with Irish food and drink companies, we have designed this two-day workshop to help answer critical questions such as:
"How can I engage with my current customers to develop win-win proposals that deliver sustainable commercial benefits for both our businesses?"
The workshop will involve interactive participation and exercises to learn how to translate customer management theory into practice, enabling you to:
- Fully understand your customer and put them at the heart of your business;
- Prepare for and effectively engage with your customer;
- Execute this engagement to the highest level; and
- Develop trusted partnerships.
These two days have been designed for senior managers, experienced NAMs and/or Sales/Marketing Managers only. Please do not deputise. The level of conversation and interaction requires that participants have experience in the area.
