We are delighted to invite you to Bord Bia's new Key Customer Management two-day workshop in association with Brand Learning Accenture, taking place on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th October in the Castleknock Hotel, Co. Dublin.
Following consultation with Irish food and drink companies, we have designed this two-day workshop to help answer critical questions such as:
“How can I engage with my current customers to develop win-win proposals that deliver sustainable commercial benefits for both our businesses?”…
The workshop will involve interactive participation and exercises to learn how to translate customer management theory into practice, enabling you to:
- Fully understand your customer and put them at the heart of your business;
- Prepare for and effectively engage with your customer;
- Execute this engagement to the highest level; and
- Develop trusted partnerships.
Please don’t delay in signing-up! We are limiting spaces to two representatives per company to ensure an engaging session for all participants. The cost is €75 for the first attendee, with a nominal charge of €0.01c for a second.
We welcome attendees who are senior management and/or those who are dealing directly with retail* customers (e.g. Sales Managers, Account Managers etc.)
