As an island nation, we’re lucky to have a plentiful supply of fantastic fish at our fingertips like hake, haddock and whiting which is healthy to eat and simple to cook. As well as being delicious, white fish is also a versatile ingredient to cook with, as one type can easily be swapped for another in a recipe. Here in Bord Bia we have come up with some easy and delicious fish recipes that are sure to become weekly meals.
