Many Irish people don’t include enough fish in their diet – despite the fact that it is one of nature’s most delicious and nutritious foods, packed full of Omega 3. So, next time you’re thinking of making burgers, stew or even curry, why not use hake or whiting? Your fishmonger will be happy to fillet and bone the fish for you so it’s quick and easy to prepare when you take it home. Fish is very versatile and you can usually substitute one type for another in recipes. A great choice for everyday meals!
