Many Irish people don’t include enough fish in their diet – despite the fact that it is nature’s ultimate fast food – quick, healthy and incredibly tasty. So, next time you’re thinking of making burgers, stew or even curry, why not substitute the meat for fish? It is a much healthier option without compromising on taste.
