The Mark should be referred to consistently as the “Origin Green mark” or the “Origin Green logo”. Other terms, such as “trustmark”, should not be used to describe the Mark, so as to maintain consistent terminology across all Origin Green communications and to avoid any unintended implication regarding third-party certification status.
About the Origin Green Mark
The Origin Green Mark must be accompanied by the following Approved Standard Disclaimer to ensure that consumers are not misled and that the logo does not function as an environmental claim or sustainability label based on a certification scheme, in line with the requirements of the Directive on Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition (Directive (EU) 2024/825) (“EMPCO”).
