Charlie Bigham's sells its premium range of prepared meals in mainstream supermarkets across the UK with annual turnover of £153m at RSP. In spite of selling at a 100% price premium, Bigham’s soared up the ranking of Britain’s Biggest Brands earlier this year, moving from 87 to 55. A recent extensive multimedia marketing campaign focuses on fresh ingredients, taste and craft. Its B Corp certification has allowed the business to focus on brand purpose and promote its sustainability.

This Brand Forum event will include the launch of Bord Bia’s culinary trends report where insights will be shared on the key trends shaping the culinary world today. Highlights will include new and innovative ingredients, menus and dishes that are appearing on global menus spanning the spectrum of top end fine dining to emerging street foods. Global in outlook the work involved speaking with a range of culinary experts around the world, from Michelin starred chefs to bloggers to ingredients specialists. The study is designed with the intention of enabling the Irish food and drinks industry understand what is coming down the tracks in the next three to five years.
