Origin Green Academy

The Origin Green Academy serves as an industry knowledge‑sharing hub, enabling member companies to learn through peer‑to‑peer engagement and practical demonstrations of initiatives and projects developed by member companies to address sustainability-related business challenges, including areas such as emissions measurement, resource efficiency, biodiversity, packaging, and supply chain improvement. It provides a collaborative platform for members and industry leaders to exchange ideas and inspire new thinking on today’s most pressing sustainability challenges facing the Irish food, drink and horticulture industry.

The Origin Green Academy provides a suite of supports to member companies on an individual, sector-specific, and programmes level basis. It integrates Origin Green’s existing sustainability supports, including over 20 sustainability guidance webinars conducted with experts, companies, and partner organisations, seven comprehensive sustainability topic guidance documents, and various marketing communications and supports.

Academy resources draw on expert input from industry, academic, governmental and specialist organisations. Where applicable, examples and case studies are supported by independently verified data and recognised methodologies.

The Academy also serves as a platform for Origin Green member companies and leaders to exchange innovative ideas and foster new thinking around today’s most pressing sustainability challenges.
