Negotiation and Cost Inflation Supports
As part of Bord Bia’s continuing response to the cost inflation crisis, Bord Bias Client Capability team will be facilitating a group based ‘Negotiation Fundamentals: Practical Skills Development Programme’ in order to prepare clients for difficult customer conversations. This training will be under-pinned by up-to-date sector specific knowledge of the commodity inflation crisis, retailer strategies and industry ways of working and is a must attend for anyone looking to optimise their selling and negotiation performance with customers.
The content will be a mix of pre-course learning, virtual tutorial workshops and in-person experiential role play training. Malachy O’Connor and Mark Francis of Uspire Ltd will partner with Bord Bia on the delivery of this programme, leveraging their industry experience from both the buyer and supplier sides of the negotiating table. Prior to registering your interest for this programme please ensure you have availability for the following:

- July 4th – In-Person Workshop @Bord Bia Global Hub
