Negotiation and Difficult Customer Conversations Masterclass
As the impacts of Brexit and Covid continue, exporters are experiencing increased trading complexity and expense in their businesses. To support clients to better prepare for and manage difficult customer conversations and negotiations, Bord Bia will host a new masterclass workshop followed by a 1:1 consultation this November.
Who? The masterclass is designed for commercial managers, customers, and key account managers with responsibility for selling and negotiation.
What? A 3.5 hour online interactive group workshop combining negotiation theory, preparation best practice, and role play. A follow-up 1:1 expert consultation will be scheduled with individual participants after the masterclass.
When? Choose one session from the following three dates:
- Monday 1st November 1.30 pm-5 pm (Limited Spaces Remaining!)
- Friday 5th November 9 am-12.30 pm (Fully Booked!)
- Monday 15th November 1.30 pm-5 pm
The masterclass and 1:1s will be co-hosted by Malachy O’Connor (former Category Director of Tesco Irl and Marketing Director of Aldi Irl) and Mark Francis of Uspire UK.
