Among the initiatives maintained during the year were the Employee of the Month programme and the Employee of the Year award, which is based on staff nominations. These ongoing recognitions have helped foster a culture of appreciation and peer support within the company.

A key highlight of the year was a staff social event held in April to celebrate the anniversary of the Divilly Brothers. This event provided an opportunity for employees to come together outside of the work environment, contributing to team cohesion and a positive workplace atmosphere.
