The constant drive to improve our control systems led to AllinAll becoming an early adopter of the BRC standards which were implemented in 2003. AllinAll's investment in research saw us apply for our first patent in 2006. Two thousand and seventeen sees AllinAll complete a three year investment programme which radically enhances the company's capabilities and its ability to deliver solutions to its customers.This investment programme includes a greatly enlarged R&D facility including a pilot plant, new blenders that increases not only capacity but also capability and the replacement of all hardware and software systems. There is an increased prevalence in diet related diabetes and obesity with diabetes expected to increase more than double between 2000 and 2030 globally.The World Health Organization sugar intake recommendations changed from 10 percent of your daily calorie intake to 5 percent. Introduction of sugar taxes are driving food industry focus on reducing sugar content to drive positive impacts on health.There is a relentless shift to label transparency and the "clean label" movement. Consumers are continually looking for labels with a focus on fewer ingredients or kitchen cupboard alternatives the removal of E number and complex chemical names.
Ballykeefe Distillery
"Ballykeefe Distillery was established in Kilkenny, June 2015, on Morgan and Anne Ging's family farm.It manufactures a range of products, including double and triple distilled single pot still Irish whiskey; double and triple distilled single malt Irish whiskey; poitín; gin; and vodka.The distillery was established to complement and diversify operations on the farm, which began as a beef and tillage operation. The creation of the first on farm whiskey distillery in Ireland in over 200 years has revived a lost tradition, making the company a unique field-to-glass operation."

Wild Irish Game is the longest established large and small game processing company in Ireland.Established in Glenmalure, County Wicklow in 1997, the company remains totally Irish owned and family run. We have built a firm reputation for unrivalled standards of excellence, consistency and dependability with suppliers and customers alike.At the heart of our business lies a real love for wild, forest foods. At Wild Irish Game, all species are treated with the utmost respect. Any known illegal hunting activities are neither condoned nor entertained. All Wild Irish Game premises operate strictly in accordance with current European and Irish legislation. All our products are produced in our E.U. approved processing plants under in house quality assurance system (HACCP) and strict veterinary supervision.
Belview Egg Farm Ltd
Established in 1978 by Dermot & Nicola Herlihy, Belview Egg Farm is located in Termonfeckin, Co Louth. Starting with a mere 5,000 hens, the company is now the fourth largest packer of eggs in Ireland, having 26 laying houses between Louth and Monaghan, which are all certified through the Bord Bia Sustainable Egg Assurance Scheme (SEAS). Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the company recently constructed Ireland's largest free range hen house on a 168-acre site. Belview Eggs' mission is to produce, grade, pack and sell Class A eggs whilst adhering to the highest quality standards.
Blackwater Distillery
Blackwater Distillery is a micro-distillery situated on the banks of the Blackwater River, in beautiful West Waterford. Established in 2014 in Cappoquin distilling white spirits, it opened a micro whisky distillery in 2018 in Ballyduff Upper. We craft a range of spirits including award-winning gins, vodka and Single Malt and Traditional Pot Still Irish whisky the old-fashioned way, with every precious drop made with 100% Irish barley, oats, wheat, and rye. Our first whiskies were released in December 2022. Available for tours, tastings, and masterclasses.
Bluebell Falls Ltd
Based in Newtownshandrum, Charleville, Co. Cork, Bluebell Falls is a family business, run by Victor and Breda O' Sullivan.Its free range goats have some of the best grazing land in Ireland, leading them to produce the highest quality goat's milk. The result is perfect for making unique, spreadable, handmade, farmhouse goats' cheese.The goats' cheese is made under strict hygiene and traceability conditions as laid down by the BRC (British Retail Consortium), while still retaining the company's core values through small batches.
Callan Bacon Co Ltd
Callan Bacon is a family business with a global profile. Based in the rural town of Callan, in the Irish southeast. We have come a long way from our original premises which commenced operation in 1924 right on the main street. In the old days, we also ran an abattoir on the same site. Since the mid eighties, we at Callan Bacon have moved on to a new level and we moved to a new custom built processing site in 1990. With 57,000 square feet of factory on a five acre site, just outside the town, we are renowned throughout the industry for capability and scalability.
C&J Meats
C&J Meats is beef processing company based in Northern Ireland, specialising in the supply of beef cuts and trimmings from selected premium cattle.We at C&J Meats pride ourselves on having a 'can-do' attitude, which is built into our systems, to allow for bespoke customer demands.Both C&J owners come from a farming background, and indeed have their own working farms. It is this experience and know-how that allows for only the best animals to be selected.All carcasses are hand selected daily by John (one of the owners) and then the carcasses are stamped on selection. Only prime quality steers and heifers are chosen.Our committed and highly trained butchers combine traditional butchery methods with modern techniques and innovation to ensure our customers receive quality beef products which fulfil their expectations.Continual investment in our people, process facility and distribution channels ensures C&J Meats remains at the forefront of the beef industry.
Clarkes Fresh Fruit
Clarke's Fresh Fruit is a family run business in Stamullen, County Meath (M1, Exit 7) currently growing 60 acres of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Owner and Director Pat Clarke is a Bord Bia quality assured soft fruit producer who has established a reputation for the production of quality fresh fruit over the past 50 years. More recently Clarkes have launched a premium jam range made only with fruit from the family farm.
Cully & Sully
Cully & Sully are purveyors of fresh soups and pies and hot pots. They have recently launched a new range of broths, made with Irish bone broth and locally sourced ingredients. The company was founded in 2004 by two friends, Cullen Allen 'Cully' and Colum O'Sullivan 'Sully', both from foodie families in East Cork. Cully & Sully is the tastiest, most trusted and loved fresh soup and meal brand in Ireland. They are based in Cork and employs over 12 people directly in NPD, sales, marketing & finance.Cully & Sully provide good, honest, nourishing food, just like our Grandmothers made, which has been produced with ingredients sourced responsibly, ethically and locally when seasonality allows.At Cully & Sully what matters most are their customers, their team, the community and the environment which provides the best raw materials for their products.Origin Green Certification has ensured Cully & Sully continue to pay close attention to sustainability and sourcing within their business.
Grove Turkeys LTD.
Grove Turkeys, founded by the Cosgrove brothers in 1972, is one of the largest producers and suppliers of turkey and poultry added value products in Ireland. Located in Monaghan, the Grove Turkey factory is one of the most modern EU licensed poultry processing plants in the British Isles. In 1988, the company was purchased by Kerry Group Plc where they continued to grow and develop its customer and product base. In 2016 the business was acquired by the current owners, Amber Real Estate Investments.
HYDE Irish Whiskey
The Hyde family has a long tradition of involvement in the drinks industry in Ireland; they were well-known tavern owners at 'Tinkers Cross' outside Bandon in West Cork, from 1640 to 1962. Here they sold Irish whiskey and draught Irish stout straight from wooden casks that they tapped by hand with a wooden mallet and a brass tap.The drinks business runs through 12 generations of the Hyde family tree. At one stage in 1916, their grandfather, grand-uncle and grand-aunt were all publicans in Bandon. Today, Alan and Conor Hyde are the first generation not to own a tavern, but they continue the family tradition by producing some of Ireland's finest whiskey.

Established in 2010 by John Rogers, Newgrange Gold is ran from the Rogers' family farm overlooking the historic and beautiful Boyne Valley in Co. Meath. John saw an opportunity to create a brand that connected the rich and ancient soils of the Boyne Valley and the high-quality food produced there. The birth of Newgrange Gold came from seeing oilseed rape grown on the Rogers farm leaving in trailers to the local merchant and from there, the seed was sown for the potential business opportunity on their doorstep. Today, Newgrange Gold sells a range of products including rapeseed oil, infused rapeseed oil with garden herbs, chilli & garlic, chilli & lemon, etc. with its products available in stores nationwide.
Niks Tea Limited
Niks Tea was established in 2012, blending and prepacking loose teas and herbal infusions for farmers markets and food events. In 2013, the first Niks Tea branded loose teas launched into retail stores. The company now supply over 500 customers nationwide in the retail & food service sectors, including health stores, fine food stores, and supermarkets.
Silver Pail Dairy
Silver Pail Dairy is located in Fermoy, Co.Cork, near the south coast of Ireland. It is in the heartland of Ireland's magnificent Golden Vale, a region renowned for its rolling pastureland and recognised as some of the best land in the world for dairy farming.Silver Pail Dairy was founded in 1978 by Michael Murphy and has grown to become the largest ice cream manufacturer in Ireland with many years' experience in developing and producing high quality ice cream and frozen desserts for retail, food service and private label customers.

New ownership in 2017 has transformed Aran Ard Teoranta with a multi-year investment programme across the business: improving/automating operations at their Ardara Bakery in Co. Donegal, the creation and building of 2 new brands in Promise Gluten Free and Gallaghers Bakehouse, investment in sales coverage and servicing of customers across Ireland and most importantly in the organisation's capability. The business manufactures a range of premium products in both Gluten Free and Conventional bread and baked goods. The company is also a supplier of a range of private label products. The business works with major retail customers across 3 core markets; its home market of Ireland where it is a strong market leader in Gluten Free and in the UK and Canada where the Promise Gluten Free brand is performing strongly
West Coast Crab Sales Ltd
Established in 2016 by brothers Jonathan and Patrick O'Donnell, West Coast Crab Sales Ltd is an Irish shellfish supplier specialising in Brown Crab and European Lobster to both domestic and international markets. Over the past 25 years their export markets have included Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. In recent years exports have grown to include Asian countries.

Owned by the Power family, Beara Distillery is the birthplace of Beara Ocean Gin - a hand-crafted, small-batch gin, infused with wild Atlantic sea water and Ventry harbour sugar kelp. Supplying the Irish market, Beara Distillery has partnered with a number of key distributors to grow their reach and supply bars and restaurants

Barry John Sausages is a family run gourmet sausage manufacturing business from Cavan. Barry has been making award winning sausages for nearly 3 decades now. He began making sausages at a young age in 1994 in his father's artisan butcher shop, then in 2013, to expand his business he opened up his own sustainable manufacturing premises in Poles, Co Cavan. What makes Barry John Sausages unique is the imaginative range of unusual flavoured pork sausages they create. Such as, Spice Bag / Bacon, Mushroom & Black Pudding / Cheddar Cheese & Chilli Flakes and not to forget the Chocolate Chip & Honeycomb sensational one. All of the pork they use is from 100% PQAS certified suppliers and they source as much locally produced ingredients as possible. Barry John Sausages supplies supermarkets, individual stores and butcher shops around Cavan, Meath, Longford, West Meath, Donegal & Fermanagh. In 2020 they went online and can now supply all of Ireland directly to the consumer through their online shop.
Oriel Marine Extracts
Oriel Marine Extracts began life as the Oriel Sea Salt Company in 2010 founded by Brian Fitzpatrick and John Delany. Based in Port Oriel in Clogherheard, Co. Louth, the company harvests a very pure and natural mineral sea salt which is used by many food companies to replace salt due to its lower sodium benefits and powerful taste profile. It also extracts a liquid magnesium and mineral complex used in functional drinks, beverages and food products. In August 2016, the company became the only company in Europe to be granted Protected Designation of Origin status (PDO) by the EU Commission for their products. They are the only company in Europe to hold such recognition for their mineral extract and mineral sea salt. Killowen Farm
Situated at the foot of the Blackstairs Mountains in Co. Wexford, Killowen Farm has been the Dunne Family home for over 200 years. Owners Nicholas and Judith Dunne took over Ireland's oldest farmhouse yogurt in 2004 and in 2005, moved the yogurt production to their own dairy farm in Courtnacuddy, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford. Killowen Farm's yogurt is proud to use only the finest natural ingredients with many fruit flavours to suit all palates. The company's range of yogurts has nothing added or taken away, it is naturally low in fat and contains natural live cultures.
Ballymaloe Foods
Ballymaloe Foods was founded in 1990 by Yasmin Hyde. Her mother, Myrtle Allen was Ireland's first female Michelin Star chef. She opened a gastro restaurant at Ballymaloe House in the 1960s and it was here that she developed the now iconic Original Relish recipe, using tomatoes grown on the grounds and a blend of spices and other natural ingredients.Fast forward 30 years and Ballymaloe Foods is now the number 1 relish brand in Ireland. Our products are available in both retail and foodservice channels and we export to over 10 countries. ICM produces and markets a full range of sheepmeat products from traditional meat to innovative ready to cook and formulated lamb products. ICM is the largest sheepmeat processor on the island of Ireland, with state of the art production facilities in Camolin, Co Wexford and Navan, Co Meath.
Meade Farm Group
From their family farm in Lobinstown, County Meath, Meade Potato Company have now been growing, packing and distributing premium quality potatoes, fruit, vegetables, salads and organics over the past five decades.Philip Meade Sr. first began selling potatoes in the towns around Meath and Louth in 1977 and soon extended to Irish vegetables, and later, to Irish and other fruit. They were the first company to export Irish potatoes abroad by the boatload, and have since initiated shipments abroad of Irish product whenever export market conditions were suitable.Nestled in the drumlins of the Boyne Valley, the Meade farm and food production facility bears little resemblance to their original family farm. It has grown from a single packing store to include 150,000 sq. feet of packing facilities housing numerous state of the art production lines, with over 500,000sq. ft of loading and distribution space, all of which serve to make the journey from farm to fork as efficient as possible. The next generation of Meades now lead a team of over 240 people.
Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers
Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers is a 100% family-owned business focused primarily on the production of branded blue cheese. The company's cow's milk cheese is branded Cashel Blue, while its sheep's milk cheese is called Crozier Blue.Established in 1984 by Louis and Jane Grubb, the company is now managed by a second family generation, with the original cheese recipe created by Jane. Cashel Blue is a registered international brand. Cheese quality, flavour excellence, and production sustainability are its primary company objectives.All Cashel and Crozier Blue cheese is made, matured, graded and selected at Beechmount Farm, Co. Tipperary, close to the historic town of Cashel.
Folláin
Folláin Teoranta was established in 1983 by Mairín and Peadar Uí Lionáird in partnership with Eithne Uí Shiadhail in the Lionáird's home kitchen. There, they began making what would become award winning preserves using 100% natural ingredients and have been going from strength to strength ever since. Mairín and Peadar still pride themselves on maintaining that homemade quality. Over the years Folláin has increased its range from sweet fruit preserves to include a savoury line of relishes, chutneys, salsas and sauces, innovative no added sugar ranges including jams and marmalades range, as well as no added sugar or salt relish ranges. These developments show a company dynamism and responsiveness to consumer demand whilst maintaining steadfast in its dedication to the use of only natural ingredients.
