The constant drive to improve our control systems led to AllinAll becoming an early adopter of the BRC standards which were implemented in 2003. AllinAll's investment in research saw us apply for our first patent in 2006. Two thousand and seventeen sees AllinAll complete a three year investment programme which radically enhances the company's capabilities and its ability to deliver solutions to its customers.This investment programme includes a greatly enlarged R&D facility including a pilot plant, new blenders that increases not only capacity but also capability and the replacement of all hardware and software systems. In food service outlets and supermarkets shelves there is a marked increase in the gluten free products as consumers look increasingly to avoid allergens.At AllinAll we have an extensive range of Gluten Free & Reduced Allergen solutions to meet growing consumer demands without compromising on taste and performance.The war on sugar is in full swing. There is an increased prevalence in diet related diabetes and obesity with diabetes expected to increase more than double between 2000 and 2030 globally.The World Health Organization sugar intake recommendations changed from 10 percent of your daily calorie intake to 5 percent. Introduction of sugar taxes are driving food industry focus on reducing sugar content to drive positive impacts on health.There is a relentless shift to label transparency and the "clean label" movement. Consumers are continually looking for labels with a focus on fewer ingredients or kitchen cupboard alternatives the removal of E number and complex chemical names.

Ballykilcavan Brewing Company

Established in 2016, Ballykilcavan Brewing Company is based at Ballykilcavan Farm, near Stradbally, Co. Laois. Home to 13 generations of the Walsh family since the year 1639, Ballykilcavan has primarily been a tillage farm for the past 50 years. With malting barley being the main crop on the farm, the brewing company was setup to diversify and safeguard its long-term future. The company launched its first beer in July 2017 and was followed by three more bottled beers to create its core bottled beer range. The on-farm brewery was opened in December 2018 and since then, the company has added four canned beers and an unfiltered lager to its range as it continues to grow.

BiaSol

BiaSol was started in 2020 as a way to combat food wastage, improve nutrition and bring our family closer together. Living on opposite sides of the world - Ruairi in Australia and Niamh in Ireland - we wanted a way to stay connected and to work on a cause close to our hearts. Our first light bulb moment was the realisation that repurposing food waste was a viable way to be more sustainable AND create healthy food products. The rapid growth of craft brewing across Ireland led us to our first ingredient: brewers' spent grains.A lot has changed since we began our journey. For one, we're both back home in Ireland. We've also refined our product range and invested in bigger premises and more resources to grow the business. There is one thing that will never change - our commitment to simple, nutritious products that are good for you and good for our planet.For now, we're focused on getting our range of products nationwide and to a store near you. In future, we plan to release many more healthy food products that focus on minimising waste while also providing nutritional value. Callan Bacon Co Ltd

Callan Bacon is a family business with a global profile. Based in the rural town of Callan, in the Irish southeast. We have come a long way from our original premises which commenced operation in 1924 right on the main street. In the old days, we also ran an abattoir on the same site. Since the mid eighties, we at Callan Bacon have moved on to a new level and we moved to a new custom built processing site in 1990. With 57,000 square feet of factory on a five acre site, just outside the town, we are renowned throughout the industry for capability and scalability.

Clonakilty Distillery Ltd

Clonakilty Distillery founders, the Scully family, have farmed their coastal land for eight successive generations. A commitment to both heritage and innovation has led to the revival of ancient malting barley varieties. Using these barley varities the Scully family create a range of craft whiskies and gin that honors this unique inheritance to manufacture and supply them to the domestic and international markets. Clonakilty Distillery's whiskies and gin's have no added sugar, fat or salt and are gluten free. Injecting vibrant new life into the heart of the town, the Distillery is set to become a landmark building on the Wild Atlantic Way route to Clonakilty as they open up a "best in class" Distillery Visitor Experience in the January of 2018

E Flahavan & Sons Ltd

One of the oldest food companies in all of Ireland, Flahavan's have been milling oats on the shores of the River Mahon, Co.Waterford for over 230 years. The family business, now run in the seventh generation, specialises in milling local oats and creating new oat-based products responding to the evolving health and lifestyle needs of their customers.Committed to local sourcing, all oats milled in the historic Kilmacthomas mill are delivered by a panel of growers located no further than 60 miles away. The unique milling process, refined over centuries, gives the products a unique taste and texture, making Flahavan's one of Ireland's most-loved oat brands known for its tradition, integrity, and distinct Irishness.

Great Northern Distillery

The Great Northern Distillery is the largest Irish owned whiskey distiller in the country producing 12 million litres of alcohol a year equal to 800,000 bottles of whiskey each week. The distillery has been operating in Dundalk since 2015 and currently employs a total of 56 people across its two dedicated distilleries on site, including a pot still, single malt distillery and a grain distillery. The distillery produces all types of Irish whiskey, triple distilled malt, double distilled malt, peated malt and pot still as well as grain whiskey for both home and international markets.

Greenhill Fruit Farm Ltd

Greenhilll Fruit Farm is a family-run farm near Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford led by Eamonn and Deirdre Crean. The team combines three generations worth of fruit growing knowledge within their operations, ensuring the continuity of the region's fruit growing heritage. Across Ireland, Greenhill Fruit Farm are well known for their high-quality strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.Through a combination of traditional and modern growing techniques and staggered planting schedules, Greenhill Fruit Farm maximise taste and the length of their growing season. Their products can be found at numerous roadside stalls across Ireland, where customers can buy them directly from the farm. Additionally, the business supplies well-known local and national supermarket and wholesale chains.

Hickeys Bakery

Hickey's Bakery have been making traditional bread and hand crafted Blaa's on their premises in Barrack Street Waterford since 1958 using traditional methods handed down from generations. The business is run by owner manager Brian Hickey who is 3rd generation baker and a founding member of the Waterford Blaa Bakers Association who achieved EU PGI protected food name status for the Waterford Blaa . Hickeys produce a range of Fresh Morning Bakery products supplying major retailers & symbol groups as well as the main foodservice outlets hotels QSR's, Schools and Restaurants and Forecourts outlets in the south east of Ireland

Homespun

Erica Sheehan always enjoyed experimenting in her kitchen, taking her favourite recipes and giving them a nutritious twist. This led to the creation of health food company Homespun and her popular gluten-free Quinoa Crunch range. A healthy spin on granola, Quinoa Crunch is made from high protein grains such as quinoa, as well as an array of nutritious nuts and seeds. Initially, Erica created her products for local health food stores, but word spread and she soon started supplying artisan food stores around Ireland as well as Supervalu, Ireland's top retailer.

Killowen Farm

Situated at the foot of the Blackstairs Mountains in Co. Wexford, Killowen Farm has been the Dunne Family home for over 200 years. Owners Nicholas and Judith Dunne took over Ireland's oldest farmhouse yogurt in 2004 and in 2005, moved the yogurt production to their own dairy farm in Courtnacuddy, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford. Killowen Farm's yogurt is proud to use only the finest natural ingredients with many fruit flavours to suit all palates. The company's range of yogurts has nothing added or taken away, it is naturally low in fat and contains natural live cultures.

Pearse Lyons Distillery

Pearse Lyons Distillery is Dublin's only independently and family-owned distillery. The award-winning distillery, located in the former St. James' Church in the heart of Dublin's Liberties, produces Pearse Irish Whiskey. The distillery, named after the late Dr. Pearse Lyons, founder and whiskey innovator, opened its doors in 2017. Pearse and his wife Deirdre aspired to build a distillery unlike any other in Dublin out of love and family tradition. The distillery experience takes customers on an immersive trip, learning and exploring about the art of Irish whiskey distillation and the distinctive culture of The Liberties, Dublin.

Sunshine Juice Ltd

Upon Paul Walshe's return to Ireland from a trip in North America in 1997 he noticed there was ready availability and popularity for freshly squeezed juice, following this Sunshine Juice Ltd was formed in 1998. Paul purchased an industrial juicing machine and has been making juices from his Carlow base since. Today Sunshine Juice now operates out of a 26,000 sq ft facility in Carlow and employs 45 personnel. They produce a range of 100% freshly squeezed juices with no artificial additives or preservatives. Due to their growth their product range has further expanded to smoothies and fruit salads (branded as "Walshes Really Fresh") and their cold-pressed vegetable juice (branded as "Veg Out"). Walshe's Products have won more than 25 great taste awards and 8 Blas na hEireann awards.

Tipperary Boutique Distillery Limited

Situated in the beautiful and bountiful setting of the Golden Vale in Ireland, Tipperary Boutique Distillery was founded in March 2016. Our unique location combined with our knowledge & passion affords us the opportunity to create great whiskey from our own barley, grown on Ballindoney farm in County Tipperary.The founders of Tipperary Boutique Distillery are Jennifer Nickerson, Stuart Nickerson and Liam Ahearn.

West Coast Crab Sales Ltd

Established in 2016 by brothers Jonathan and Patrick O'Donnell, West Coast Crab Sales Ltd is an Irish shellfish supplier specialising in Brown Crab and European Lobster to both domestic and international markets. Over the past 25 years their export markets have included Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. In recent years exports have grown to include Asian countries.

Barry John Sausages

Barry John Sausages is a family run gourmet sausage manufacturing business from Cavan. Barry has been making award winning sausages for nearly 3 decades now. He began making sausages at a young age in 1994 in his father's artisan butcher shop, then in 2013, to expand his business he opened up his own sustainable manufacturing premises in Poles, Co Cavan. What makes Barry John Sausages unique is the imaginative range of unusual flavoured pork sausages they create. Such as, Spice Bag / Bacon, Mushroom & Black Pudding / Cheddar Cheese & Chilli Flakes and not to forget the Chocolate Chip & Honeycomb sensational one. All of the pork they use is from 100% PQAS certified suppliers and they source as much locally produced ingredients as possible. Barry John Sausages supplies supermarkets, individual stores and butcher shops around Cavan, Meath, Longford, West Meath, Donegal & Fermanagh. In 2020 they went online and can now supply all of Ireland directly to the consumer through their online shop.

Sushi King

Upon returning from a backpacking trip, Audrey Gargan was inspired to open a sushi shop as she felt there was a gap in the market in for fresh and affordable sushi in Ireland. Sushi King first started producing sushi from its' shop situated at Baggot Street Dunlin 2 in 2006. From there Audrey moved production in a commercial kitchen and was then able to offer sushi to more customers. Sushi King is currently listed with a number of premium retailers, catering companies and large food service companies.

Oriel Marine Extracts

Oriel Marine Extracts began life as the Oriel Sea Salt Company in 2010 founded by Brian Fitzpatrick and John Delany. Based in Port Oriel in Clogherheard, Co. Louth, the company harvests a very pure and natural mineral sea salt which is used by many food companies to replace salt due to its lower sodium benefits and powerful taste profile. It also extracts a liquid magnesium and mineral complex used in functional drinks, beverages and food products. In August 2016, the company became the only company in Europe to be granted Protected Designation of Origin status (PDO) by the EU Commission for their products. They are the only company in Europe to hold such recognition for their mineral extract and mineral sea salt. Newgrange Gold

Established in 2010 by John Rogers, Newgrange Gold is ran from the Rogers' family farm overlooking the historic and beautiful Boyne Valley in Co. Meath. John saw an opportunity to create a brand that connected the rich and ancient soils of the Boyne Valley and the high-quality food produced there. The birth of Newgrange Gold came from seeing oilseed rape grown on the Rogers farm leaving in trailers to the local merchant and from there, the seed was sown for the potential business opportunity on their doorstep. Today, Newgrange Gold sells a range of products including rapeseed oil, infused rapeseed oil with garden herbs, chilli & garlic, chilli & lemon, etc. with its products available in stores nationwide.

Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers is a 100% family-owned business focused primarily on the production of branded blue cheese. The company's cow's milk cheese is branded Cashel Blue, while its sheep's milk cheese is called Crozier Blue.Established in 1984 by Louis and Jane Grubb, the company is now managed by a second family generation, with the original cheese recipe created by Jane.
