Ballykeefe Distillery
"Ballykeefe Distillery was established in Kilkenny, June 2015, on Morgan and Anne Ging's family farm.It manufactures a range of products, including double and triple distilled single pot still Irish whiskey; double and triple distilled single malt Irish whiskey; poitín; gin; and vodka.The distillery was established to complement and diversify operations on the farm, which began as a beef and tillage operation. The creation of the first on farm whiskey distillery in Ireland in over 200 years has revived a lost tradition, making the company a unique field-to-glass operation."
Ballykilcavan Brewing Company
Established in 2016, Ballykilcavan Brewing Company is based at Ballykilcavan Farm, near Stradbally, Co. Laois. Home to 13 generations of the Walsh family since the year 1639, Ballykilcavan has primarily been a tillage farm for the past 50 years. With malting barley being the main crop on the farm, the brewing company was setup to diversify and safeguard its long-term future. The company launched its first beer in July 2017 and was followed by three more bottled beers to create its core bottled beer range. The on-farm brewery was opened in December 2018 and since then, the company has added four canned beers and an unfiltered lager to its range as it continues to grow.

Greenhilll Fruit Farm is a family-run farm near Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford led by Eamonn and Deirdre Crean. The team combines three generations worth of fruit growing knowledge within their operations, ensuring the continuity of the region's fruit growing heritage. Across Ireland, Greenhill Fruit Farm are well known for their high-quality strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.Through a combination of traditional and modern growing techniques and staggered planting schedules, Greenhill Fruit Farm maximise taste and the length of their growing season. Their products can be found at numerous roadside stalls across Ireland, where customers can buy them directly from the farm. Green Isle Foods
One of Ireland's leading food companies, Green Isle Foods has been part of Irish households for over 60 years. Green Isle Foods is an Irish-owned company and employs 110 people across two sites, headquartered in Naas, Co Kildare. Ireland's largest white fish processor, our BRC approved primary fish processing facility is located in Gurteen, Co Sligo and has been in continuous operation since 1984. IGWT Poultry Services
IGWT Poultry Services have been involved in the poultry business since 1951. Based in Broomfield, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan the company started out rearing turkeys each Christmas. After being passed down for three generations, the business has progressed into processing and selling fresh poultry to supermarkets, hotels, butchers and home customers. The thriving business is well-respected across industry and customers alike for their top quality products and reliability. The consistency in quality and taste leads to satisfied customers all year round. IGTW has grown to employ 110 workers with additional staff hired during the very busy festive season. Not only do they invest back into their own business but also in the local community. All staff receive high levels of training across areas of food safety, hygiene and animal welfare to ensure quality across the entire business.
Irish Country Meats
Irish Country Meats (ICM) is Europe's leading lamb processor, with a reputation for product quality, innovation and customer service across the continent. ICM produces and markets a full range of sheepmeat products from traditional meat to innovative ready to cook and formulated lamb products. ICM is the largest sheepmeat processor on the island of Ireland, with state of the art production facilities in Camolin, Co Wexford and Navan, Co Meath.
Meade Farm Group
From their family farm in Lobinstown, County Meath, Meade Potato Company have now been growing, packing and distributing premium quality potatoes, fruit, vegetables, salads and organics over the past five decades.Philip Meade Sr. first began selling potatoes in the towns around Meath and Louth in 1977 and soon extended to Irish vegetables, and later, to Irish and other fruit. They were the first company to export Irish potatoes abroad by the boatload, and have since initiated shipments abroad of Irish product whenever export market conditions were suitable.Nestled in the drumlins of the Boyne Valley, the Meade farm and food production facility bears little resemblance to their original family farm. It has grown from a single packing store to include 150,000 sq. feet of packing facilities housing numerous state of the art production lines, with over 500,000sq. ft of loading and distribution space, all of which serve to make the journey from farm to fork as efficient as possible. The next generation of Meades now lead a team of over 240 people.
Meitheal Trá na Rinne Teo
Meitheal Trá na Rinne (Waterford Oysters) was founded in 1990 in the Irish speaking (Gaeltacht) area of An Rinn to market and sell the premium quality oysters produced by our growers in Dungarvan Bay. Our factory at Móta is at the end of a small cul-de-sac, right by the sea. Here we grade oysters and when ready for sale we purify them in our state of the art purification facility before packing them for market. Firmly rooted in a rural Gaeltacht area we are an integral part of the community in which we live, providing valuable long term employment in the local area and adding significantly to the local economy.
Norfish Ltd
Located in the fishing port of Killybegs, Co. Donegal, Norfish Ltd. has consistently innovated since the founding of the company in 1974. Having initially focused production on salted whole and filleted herring, the business has expanded and invested through the years. Today, Norfish Ltd. operates a state of the art Pelagic production facility and smokehouse, employing a total of 20 people from the local area. It also offers a diverse product range which includes herring, mackerel, smoked coley, haddock, cod, horse mackerel, sprat, blue whiting and salmon.
O'Neills Dry Cure Bacon Co
O'Neills Dry Cure Bacon Company was established in 2005 with a view to supplying premium quality bacon to the retail and food service markets. O'Neills Dry Cure Bacon is award winning bacon cured by hand using a traditional family recipe with natural sea salt. With no added water or phosphates the proportion of meat per kilo of product is significantly higher than the wet cure alternatives on the market.
Pearse Lyons Distillery
Pearse Lyons Distillery is Dublin's only independently and family-owned distillery. The award-winning distillery, located in the former St. James' Church in the heart of Dublin's Liberties, produces Pearse Irish Whiskey. The distillery, named after the late Dr. Pearse Lyons, founder and whiskey innovator, opened its doors in 2017. Pearse and his wife Deirdre aspired to build a distillery unlike any other in Dublin out of love and family tradition. The distillery experience takes customers on an immersive trip, learning and exploring about the art of Irish whiskey distillation and the distinctive culture of The Liberties, Dublin.
The Bretzel Bakery
Since its beginnings in the late nineteenth century, the Bretzel Bakery has become a household name, synonymous with good bread. The tradition of quality that has kept the business healthy for more than one hundred years forms the basis of the current ethos. It was run by various Jewish families up to the 1950's when the Hackett family took over. Father and son baked there, trading as the Bretzel Bakery, until 2000 when the Bretzel Trading limited company was formed. Now one of the last remaining inner city bakeries, the Bretzel operated out of premises in Lennox Street, Portobello, baking everything on site, until 2013. To cater for an expanding customer base, owner and managing director William Despard moved the main production to a purpose-built site close by in Harold's Cross in December 2013, keeping the original shop and bakery in Lennox Street and adding a café in 2014. Fundamental to the Bretzel's success is its adherence to the production of good food. It is a seven day a week business, supplying fresh bread daily to approximately 200 customers in the greater Dublin area. It holds a unique position in that it produces artisan hand-made bread on a large scale.
The Merry Mill
The Merry Mill is a family-run organic farm and mill located in County Laois, Ireland. Since 2017, The Merry Mill has been exporting to Israel as they are uniquely qualified to produce kosher oats from their single origin grain, certified organic and gluten free, grown in a quiet part of the world.

New ownership in 2017 has transformed Aran Ard Teoranta with a multi-year investment programme across the business: improving/automating operations at their Ardara Bakery in Co. Donegal, the creation and building of 2 new brands in Promise Gluten Free and Gallaghers Bakehouse, investment in sales coverage and servicing of customers across Ireland and most importantly in the organisation's capability. The business manufactures a range of premium products in both Gluten Free and Conventional bread and baked goods. The company is also a supplier of a range of private label products. The business works with major retail customers across 3 core markets; its home market of Ireland where it is a strong market leader in Gluten Free and in the UK and Canada where the Promise Gluten Free brand is performing strongly

Owned by the Power family, Beara Distillery is the birthplace of Beara Ocean Gin - a hand-crafted, small-batch gin, infused with wild Atlantic sea water and Ventry harbour sugar kelp. Supplying the Irish market, Beara Distillery has partnered with a number of key distributors to grow their reach and supply bars and restaurants
East Coast Bakehouse
East Coast Bakehouse, established in 2015 by Alison Cowzer and Michael Carey, manufactures biscuits for the domestic and export markets from its factory in Drogheda, Co. Louth. "Baking Better Biscuits", the factory features one of the largest biscuit ovens and the longest single production line in Europe, manufacturing and packing 90,000 biscuits per hour. The company's products are available in 26 countries including the UK, Kenya, Portugal and Australia.
Sushi King
Upon returning from a backpacking trip, Audrey Gargan was inspired to open a sushi shop as she felt there was a gap in the market in for fresh and affordable sushi in Ireland. Sushi King first started producing sushi from its' shop situated at Baggot Street Dunlin 2 in 2006. From there Audrey moved production in a commercial kitchen and was then able to offer sushi to more customers. Sushi King is currently listed with a number of premium retailers, catering companies and large food service companies.

Kinnegar Brewing
Kinnegar Brewing was established in 2013 in Rathmullan, amidst the hilly fields and farms of northeast Donegal. Rapid growth and success made expansion inevitable and in 2017 the brewery relocated to a larger production facility in nearby Letterkenny. Their mission to consistently produce beer of the highest quality remained unchanged. Kinnegar pairs brewing tradition with a contemporary sense of adventure to produce clean, crisp, full-flavoured beers. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, their extensive range of core beers spans a wide variety of highly drinkable, accessible styles. Oriel Marine Extracts
Oriel Marine Extracts began life as the Oriel Sea Salt Company in 2010 founded by Brian Fitzpatrick and John Delany. Based in Port Oriel in Clogherheard, Co. Louth, the company harvests a very pure and natural mineral sea salt which is used by many food companies to replace salt due to its lower sodium benefits and powerful taste profile. It also extracts a liquid magnesium and mineral complex used in functional drinks, beverages and food products. In August 2016, the company became the only company in Europe to be granted Protected Designation of Origin status (PDO) by the EU Commission for their products. They are the only company in Europe to hold such recognition for their mineral extract and mineral sea salt. Newgrange Gold
Established in 2010 by John Rogers, Newgrange Gold is ran from the Rogers' family farm overlooking the historic and beautiful Boyne Valley in Co. Meath. John saw an opportunity to create a brand that connected the rich and ancient soils of the Boyne Valley and the high-quality food produced there. The birth of Newgrange Gold came from seeing oilseed rape grown on the Rogers farm leaving in trailers to the local merchant and from there, the seed was sown for the potential business opportunity on their doorstep. Today, Newgrange Gold sells a range of products including rapeseed oil, infused rapeseed oil with garden herbs, chilli & garlic, chilli & lemon, etc. with its products available in stores nationwide.
Kerrigan's Mushrooms
Kerrigan's Mushrooms was established in 1981 in Kells, Co. Meath. Today, the company still remains a family-run enterprise which prides itself on producing the very best quality Irish mushrooms under its own Kerrigan's brand name, as well as producing mushrooms for many private label retail brands. Killowen Farm
Situated at the foot of the Blackstairs Mountains in Co. Wexford, Killowen Farm has been the Dunne Family home for over 200 years. Owners Nicholas and Judith Dunne took over Ireland's oldest farmhouse yogurt in 2004 and in 2005, moved the yogurt production to their own dairy farm in Courtnacuddy, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford. Killowen Farm's yogurt is proud to use only the finest natural ingredients with many fruit flavours to suit all palates. The company's range of yogurts has nothing added or taken away, it is naturally low in fat and contains natural live cultures.

Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers is a 100% family-owned business focused primarily on the production of branded blue cheese. The company's cow's milk cheese is branded Cashel Blue, while its sheep's milk cheese is called Crozier Blue.Established in 1984 by Louis and Jane Grubb, the company is now managed by a second family generation, with the original cheese recipe created by Jane. Cashel Blue is a registered international brand.
