The Bord Bia Foodservice seminar 2025 took place on Tuesday November 11th at Johnstown Estate, Co. Meath. The theme of the seminar was ‘Stories in Collaboration’ and Domini Kemp, Euro-toques chef, food writer, and entrepreneur was MC for the event. Attendees heard insights from people working in the sector including Pat Sullivan, CEO, Master Chefs; Maxine Hyde, General Manager, Ballymaloe Foods; Sean Ryan, Foodservice Account Director, Kerry and Jack Kirwan, Co-founder and CEO, Sprout.
