Killowen Farm

Killowen Farm

200 years of grazing and rearing cows at the foot of the Blackstairs mountains in County Wexford means the Dunne family of Killowen Farm know their milk! This is a perfect place to pasture cows; lush with grass, meadow herbs and wild-flowers, and the gentle weather of the sunny south-east means that the milk here is truly exceptional.

All the milk used in Killowen comes from their own farm. The quality and provenance of their own cows’ milk is their “secret ingredient” – it allows them to produce really special dairy products. Real freshness, full traceability and low food miles, as well as the credentials associated with grass-fed are key to them.

Known primarily for their range of layered and stirred fruit yogurts, in recent years they have turned their attention and skills towards other dairy products, including the perfection of their new, award-winning cream cheese. Killowen Farm is synonymous with quality, purity, taste and goodness – their new cream cheese will not disappoint! They are naturally gluten free, suitable for vegetarians.
