The company’s wellbeing programme includes a diverse range of initiatives designed to support both physical and mental health. These include the Employee Assistance Programme, which offers confidential support services; the Bike to Work Programme, encouraging active commuting; and participation in national awareness events such as International Women’s Day, Pride Week, and Darkness into Light. These initiatives foster inclusivity, awareness, and a sense of shared purpose among employees.
In addition to these core programmes, O’Brien Fine Foods introduced a unique initiative in 2024 - “The Corner Shop.” This in-house store offers employees access to high-quality products at discounted prices, helping to ease the cost of living while promoting healthy food choices.
