Mark's Spiced Lamb Buns

These spiced lamb buns are something different and even better with your own homemade brioche buns!

Ingredients

  • 200g Quality Assured Irish Lamb mince

    2 teasp. soy sauce

    2 level teasp. cumin

    2 level teasp. salt flakes

    2 level teasp. pepper

  • ½ red onion, diced

    1 scallion, sliced

    12 tinned jalapeno slices

Lamb Burger

  • 200g Quality Assured Irish Lamb mince

    2 teasp. soy sauce

    2 level teasp. cumin

    2 level teasp. salt flakes

    2 level teasp. pepper

To serve

  • ½ red onion, diced

    1 scallion, sliced

    12 tinned jalapeno slices

Mix the lamb patty ingredients together and shape into 50g patties, circular in shape. Cook in a hot pan for 1 minute on either side.

Garnish the patty with onion, scallion, jalapeno slices.

Brush the burger bun with some spicy mayo from chicken sandwich recipe and serve warm.
