In 2024, Silver Pail Dairy continued to prioritise health and nutrition in its product development, achieving a measurable reduction in sugar content across its sorbet and ice cream ranges. The average sugar content decreased from 73.9 g/l in 2023 to 73.5 g/l in 2024, outperforming the milestone target by 1.5%.

A key driver of this improvement was the successful launch of new product lines focused on nutritional and functional benefits. Among these were a new high-protein ice creams which cater to growing consumer demand for protein-enriched treats. These products offer indulgence with added nutritional value, appealing to health-conscious shoppers seeking balance in their diets.
