Toonsbridge Dairy
Toonsbridge Dairy is a family run business based in West Cork. They use un-pasteurised buffalo, sheep, and cow’s milk to make a selection of cheeses informed by the traditions of the Southern Mediterranean.
They have their own herd of Italian Water Buffalo from Italy and source cow and sheep milk from local farmers. Their dairy was born of strong market trading culture and much of their trade is done at weekly markets across Ireland. They also run a Pizzeria called Toonsbridge café which opens from spring to early December and of 2020 have a shop in South Great Georges Street in Dublin.
