Tullahay Farm is family run business based in the valley of Slievenamon in South Tipperary. Rosemary and Jim are fifth generation farmers who love their cows. These cows that graze the lush pastures of the Golden Vale produce the most wonderful high quality milk.
When Rosemary began making cheese in 2020 using their own cows milk the freshness, traceability and low food miles were key to her ethos.
All of her soft cheeses are handmade in small batches using all natural ingredients
Tullahay Farms Natural Plain Soft Cheese won a “Great Taste Award 2021”
Tullahay Farm also produce two flavoured soft cheeses Honey and Chilli and Tomato, Basil and Garlic.
