This guide provides all the essential information to ensure your participation in the Food Hall is a smooth and successful experience. Whether you're a first-time exhibitor or a seasoned pro, you'll find everything you need to know about your participation package – including stand design and regulations, furniture and electrics.
Additionally, this page includes details on how you can sample and sell your products at your stand.

When designing your stand, it is important to review your stand specification to ensure you have the exact dimensions of your stand space! The full specifications can be found in the brochure, available for download here.
Exhibitor graphics may be mechanically fixed to the back walls and side walls. Where possible we suggest exhibitors use a hook system to hang branded banners. If you are located on a corner stand, you can brand the outside side wall, facing the aisle.
Back Wall: The maximum height allowed for exhibitors to display graphic panels on the back wall of the stand is 2440mm.
Side Wall: The maximum height allowed for exhibitors to display graphic displays on the side walls of the stand is 1220mm.
*Important: If exhibitors have tall items over 1220mm high, e.g. display units, refrigeration units, these must be place on the back wall of the stand. This ensures you are not blocking your neighbour's visibility within the Food Hall.
Each exhibitor will receive 1 x double socket with a maximum load of 1kW. The double socket will be placed at the centre of the back wall.
Exhibitors can order extra power sockets, 24-hour power and outdoor electrics via the Logistics and Services Section.
