In a small bowl mix together the oil, cumin and paprika. Brush this mixture over the pork steak. Season with a little salt and black pepper. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add the pork and brown on all side. Transfer it to a roasting tin, place in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile make the sauce. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Whiz for a couple of minutes.

When the pork is cooked remove it from the oven and allow to rest for a couple of minutes. Slice and serve with the sauce and some chopped potatoes, carrots and red onion tossed in some olive oil, seasoned and roasted in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
