Smashed Potatoes with thyme, paprika and garlic

1 kg baby potatoes

Method
Copy Text- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the potatoes into a pot and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked.
- Drain and arrange on a roasting tray. Using a fork or potato masher, gently smash the potato so that it breaks up.
- Drizzle with oil, bash the garlic and put on the tray along with the thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
