Toasted Cheese Bites

Ingredients

Method
Copy TextMix together the cheese with the crème fraiche and mustard. Season with salt and pepper and spread over five slices of the bread.
Cover with a layer of the cooked ham and finish each one with another slice of the bread. Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat.
Thinly spread the butter on the outside of each sandwich and then cook in batches for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
