Delivery and build access slot
All exhibitors are required to reserve a delivery/build access slot to gain onsite access during build, 25th-27th May. Deadline: Friday, 15th May.
Risk Assessment and Method Statement
All exhibitors are required to submit a risk assessment and method statement document via the button below by Friday May, 1st. Use the template provided!
Service Order Forms
Electrics
Order additional sockets, extra power, 24hr power or outdoor connections here! Deadline: Friday, May 8th. Any orders placed after May 8th will incur a surcharge.
Refrigeration and Equipment
Cross Rental Services are the preferred supplier for Bord Bia Bloom. Deadline: Friday, May 8th
Furniture
This form applies to Food Hall Exhibitors with a single, double or triple stand. Deadline: Friday, May 1st.
Hand Wash Sink
Mandatory for exhibitors sampling/cooking high risk foods – i.e. meat/seafood. Deadline: Thursday, May 7th
Compostable Packaging
All sampling equipment must be compostable. Down2Earth are offering a 10% discount to exhibitors. Deadline, Thursday, May 23rd.
Wifi
Viatel are the official WI FI supplier at Bord Bia Bloom. Deadline: Thursday, May 15th
Wristbands and Tickets
Each exhibitor receives an allocation of exhibitor wristbands and visitor tickets (see exhibitor essentials). If you require more wristbands and/or tickets order here! Deadline: Friday, May 15th
