AgDIf Masterclass Series: Effective Communication

The 4th in the 2020 AgDIf masterclass series will take place on October 22nd at 1pm and will be led by Own The Room – an innovative learning & development company. An additional industry speaker (to be announced) will open the session.

This masterclasses is a leadership training session, geared toward enhancing presence, effectiveness, and community in a virtual environment. The presenters will share actionable strategies to shift mindset, let go of self-doubt, and realize full potential. Through a series of engaging activities, participants will be empowered to speak with strength, lead with confidence, and own accomplishments in an assertive yet approachable way.

We often see a significant fall off in female representation between manager and executive level and an ability to ensure effective presence and communication, especially in our current virtual world, is vital.
