The second webinar in our Key Customer Management series will take place on June 11th at 11am and will explore "How you create a trusted partnership with your customers and how you prepare to engage with them".
Building on the lessons learned in our first webinar, which explored putting the customer at the heart and customer understanding, this programme will help you to update your approach and deliver profitable growth for both you and your customer, now and as you emerge into the future.
The final webinar in the series will look at: "How to engage with your customer and ensuring excellent execution". This webinar will be held on June 25th.
The webinar will be hosted by Eileen Bentley and Thomas Gavin from Bord Bia, who will be joined by Zoe Williams and Pedro Figueira of Brand Learning, who will share their significant global experience in customer management.
