UK Food To Go - Trade Intelligence Webinar

Bord Bia recognised that the trading situation for Irish suppliers to the UK foodservice industry is facing difficult challenges from both the Covid-19 pandemic and from Brexit. Of particular interest is the UK Food To Go (FTG) market, which looks at the cross-section between retail and foodservice, and is set out by a mission rather than an outlet. The FTG market has been outpacing other sectors with growth, both pre-Covid and in forecasts for post-Covid, making this sector an attractive opportunity for suppliers to target.
