We are delighted to announce that the Bord Bia Bloom Trade Breakfast will be returning this year on June 2nd 2023 in Phoenix Park, Dublin.  

This year will see a revamp of the Bloom Food Village, where some of the best and brightest Irish food and drink businesses will showcase their products. In the spirit of continuous improvement and based on feedback received last year from buyers and producers, the Bloom Trade Breakfast will have a slightly different format this year.

Each exhibiting producer will be invited to nominate one representative to attend the Trade Breakfast. This will allow for additional networking and engagement between buyers and producers over the course of the morning. As per previous years, following the Bloom Trade Breakfast you will have the opportunity to visit the Food Village before the general public arrives on site.
