Bord Bia Dairy Markets Seminar
Despite the challenges encountered over the past two years, the Irish dairy industry has shown its resilience in delivering an export value of over €5bn for the third consecutive year in 2021 copper fastening its place as Ireland's largest export category. Modest expansion of the Irish milk pool is forecast in 2022 combined with robust demand for dairy in global markets and weakening supply in some of the other key exporting regions. Inflation is set to be a key challenge in 2022, with sustainability considerations continually evolving which are impacting the future of food.
The Bord Bia Dairy Markets Seminar will combine frontline market intelligence gathered by Bord Bia dairy teams in Ireland and overseas supported by international experts to consider the impact of these trends on the future opportunities for the Irish dairy industry.
We strongly welcome Irish dairy industry stakeholders to join this discussion and contribute to this conversation.
