Bord Bia’s Client Capability team is offering another of our hugely popular group-based ‘Negotiation Fundamentals: Practical Skills Development Programme’ in order to prepare clients for difficult customer conversations. This training will be under-pinned by up-to-date sector knowledge and evolving retailer strategy understanding as well as industry ways of working and is a must attend for anyone looking to optimise their selling and negotiation performance with customers.
The content will be a mix of pre-course learning, virtual tutorial workshops and in-person experiential role play training. Malachy O’Connor and Mark Francis of Uspire Ltd will partner with Bord Bia on the delivery of this programme, leveraging their industry experience from both the buyer and supplier sides of the negotiating table.
