The Future of Dairy in the UK
On 5th December Bord Bia will launch the Future of Dairy UK insight study via a virtual event.
This work will provide an understanding of the dairy category in the UK today, how consumer behaviours and attitudes are evolving and what the key opportunity spaces are for dairy brands and businesses in the coming years.
The study will explore the key forces shaping dairy in the UK, and what the implications are for the butter, milk, cheese and yoghurt sub-categories.
The approach to this work included a comprehensive desk research and discovery phase, expert interviews, trend and foresight exploration, as well as in-depth consumer research via a survey of 2,000 dairy buyers and creative workshops.
