Drioglann Sliabh Liag CGA

Sliabh Liag Distillers have set out to reclaim the rich distilling heritage of Co. Donegal. The company produces three spirits at An Dúlamán Gin Distillery in Carrick, as well as bottling blended Irish Whiskeys, including The Legendary Silkie brand. The next step on the company's ambitious journey is to complete building of the €6m Ardara Distillery, where it will distil pot still and malt whiskeys which will be peated to reflect the type of whiskeys historically made in Donegal in days gone by. Sliabh Liag Distillers export its spirits to four continents and continues to grow annually.

Kepak Group

Kepak is one of Ireland's leading meat producers with 12 manufacturing facilities across Ireland and the UK, employing over 4,500 people with a turnover of €1.5bn. Kinnegar Brewing was established in 2013 in Rathmullan, amidst the hilly fields and farms of northeast Donegal. Rapid growth and success made expansion inevitable and in 2017 the brewery relocated to a larger production facility in nearby Letterkenny. Their mission to consistently produce beer of the highest quality remained unchanged. Kinnegar pairs brewing tradition with a contemporary sense of adventure to produce clean, crisp, full-flavoured beers. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, their extensive range of core beers spans a wide variety of highly drinkable, accessible styles. McCormack Family Farms

A second-generation farming enterprise based in Co. Meath, McCormack Family Farms has been growing, packing and distributing fresh produce for nearly 40 years. Eddie McCormack started selling fresh produce on behalf of Warrenstown Agricultural Collage at the historic Dublin Fruit Market in Smithfield before he decided to grow his own. It all started in 1984 on a small field at the back of Eddie's house in Kiltale, a small rural community in Co. Meath.That year, Eddie became the very first commercial grower of iceberg lettuce and everything he did from then onwards was with one idea in mind: to grow locally what traditionally had been imported. Today, McCormack Family Farms are the largest grower of baby salad leaves in Ireland and also specialise in fresh cut herbs, microgreens and edible flowers to retail, foodservice, and manufacturing channels.

Meitheal Trá na Rinne Teo

Meitheal Trá na Rinne (Waterford Oysters) was founded in 1990 in the Irish speaking (Gaeltacht) area of An Rinn to market and sell the premium quality oysters produced by our growers in Dungarvan Bay. Our factory at Móta is at the end of a small cul-de-sac, right by the sea. Here we grade oysters and when ready for sale we purify them in our state of the art purification facility before packing them for market. Firmly rooted in a rural Gaeltacht area we are an integral part of the community in which we live, providing valuable long term employment in the local area and adding significantly to the local economy.

Niks Tea Limited

Niks Tea was established in 2012, blending and prepacking loose teas and herbal infusions for farmers markets and food events. In 2013, the first Niks Tea branded loose teas launched into retail stores. The company now supply over 500 customers nationwide in the retail & food service sectors, including health stores, fine food stores, and supermarkets.

Norfish Ltd

Located in the fishing port of Killybegs, Co. Donegal, Norfish Ltd. has consistently innovated since the founding of the company in 1974. Having initially focused production on salted whole and filleted herring, the business has expanded and invested through the years. Today, Norfish Ltd. operates a state of the art Pelagic production facility and smokehouse, employing a total of 20 people from the local area. It also offers a diverse product range which includes herring, mackerel, smoked coley, haddock, cod, horse mackerel, sprat, blue whiting and salmon.

Sushi King

Upon returning from a backpacking trip, Audrey Gargan was inspired to open a sushi shop as she felt there was a gap in the market in for fresh and affordable sushi in Ireland. Sushi King first started producing sushi from its' shop situated at Baggot Street Dunlin 2 in 2006. From there Audrey moved production in a commercial kitchen and was then able to offer sushi to more customers. Sushi King is currently listed with a number of premium retailers, catering companies and large food service companies.

The Merry Mill

The Merry Mill is a family-run organic farm and mill located in County Laois, Ireland. Their products consistently test below 5ppm for gluten, so you can trust that you're getting the best quality foods.The Merry Mill products are found in local health food stores and artisan food stores nationwide as well as restaurants, bakeries, cafés and food emporiums. Since 2017, The Merry Mill has been exporting to Israel as they are uniquely qualified to produce kosher oats from their single origin grain, certified organic and gluten free, grown in a quiet part of the world.

Ballykilcavan Brewing Company

Established in 2016, Ballykilcavan Brewing Company is based at Ballykilcavan Farm, near Stradbally, Co. Laois. Home to 13 generations of the Walsh family since the year 1639, Ballykilcavan has primarily been a tillage farm for the past 50 years. With malting barley being the main crop on the farm, the brewing company was setup to diversify and safeguard its long-term future. The company launched its first beer in July 2017 and was followed by three more bottled beers to create its core bottled beer range. The on-farm brewery was opened in December 2018 and since then, the company has added four canned beers and an unfiltered lager to its range as it continues to grow.

Annalitten Foods Ltd

Annalitten Foods Ltd. is a privately owned family business and one of Ireland's largest egg packing and distribution companies. The company was established in rural Monaghan in the 1950's by Patrick & Margaret O'Reilly who began a small egg collection & delivery business to support their young family. Today, the business is run by Michael & P.J O'Reilly and their sons, Damien, Keith & Matthew, the third generation of the family. Twenty individual farmers from all over Ireland supply Annalitten Foods every week with Bord Bia Quality Assured eggs. The company has never been afraid to invest in the latest production systems and egg grading equipment to ensure that its eggs reach customers with maximum freshness and quality. Two million eggs are processed per week to a 'Class A' quality on the most modern egg grading equipment on the market.

Belview Egg Farm Ltd

Established in 1978 by Dermot & Nicola Herlihy, Belview Egg Farm is located in Termonfeckin, Co Louth. Starting with a mere 5,000 hens, the company is now the fourth largest packer of eggs in Ireland, having 26 laying houses between Louth and Monaghan, which are all certified through the Bord Bia Sustainable Egg Assurance Scheme (SEAS). Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the company recently constructed Ireland's largest free range hen house on a 168-acre site. Belview Eggs' mission is to produce, grade, pack and sell Class A eggs whilst adhering to the highest quality standards.

East Coast Bakehouse

East Coast Bakehouse, established in 2015 by Alison Cowzer and Michael Carey, manufactures biscuits for the domestic and export markets from its factory in Drogheda, Co. Louth. "Baking Better Biscuits", the factory features one of the largest biscuit ovens and the longest single production line in Europe, manufacturing and packing 90,000 biscuits per hour. The company's products are available in 26 countries including the UK, Kenya, Portugal and Australia.

Oriel Marine Extracts

Oriel Marine Extracts began life as the Oriel Sea Salt Company in 2010 founded by Brian Fitzpatrick and John Delany. Based in Port Oriel in Clogherheard, Co. Louth, the company harvests a very pure and natural mineral sea salt which is used by many food companies to replace salt due to its lower sodium benefits and powerful taste profile. It also extracts a liquid magnesium and mineral complex used in functional drinks, beverages and food products. In August 2016, the company became the only company in Europe to be granted Protected Designation of Origin status (PDO) by the EU Commission for their products. They are the only company in Europe to hold such recognition for their mineral extract and mineral sea salt. Newgrange Gold

Established in 2010 by John Rogers, Newgrange Gold is ran from the Rogers' family farm overlooking the historic and beautiful Boyne Valley in Co. Meath. John saw an opportunity to create a brand that connected the rich and ancient soils of the Boyne Valley and the high-quality food produced there. The birth of Newgrange Gold came from seeing oilseed rape grown on the Rogers farm leaving in trailers to the local merchant and from there, the seed was sown for the potential business opportunity on their doorstep. Today, Newgrange Gold sells a range of products including rapeseed oil, infused rapeseed oil with garden herbs, chilli & garlic, chilli & lemon, etc. with its products available in stores nationwide.

Ballymaloe Foods

Ballymaloe Foods was founded in 1990 by Yasmin Hyde. Her mother, Myrtle Allen was Ireland's first female Michelin Star chef. She opened a gastro restaurant at Ballymaloe House in the 1960s and it was here that she developed the now iconic Original Relish recipe, using tomatoes grown on the grounds and a blend of spices and other natural ingredients.Fast forward 30 years and Ballymaloe Foods is now the number 1 relish brand in Ireland. Our products are available in both retail and foodservice channels and we export to over 10 countries. We started our business with the Original Tomato Relish and have now grown to over 18 products, including pasta sauces, beetroot, traditional roasting and meat sauces, mayonnaise, and salad dressings.

Kush Seafarms Ltd

Established in 1987, Kush Seafarms is a family-run Irish seafood business based in Kenmare, Co. Kerry on the scenic southwest coast of Ireland. The company grows organic rope mussels in Class A waters in a Special Area of Conservation, in the deep, clear Atlantic waters of Kenmare Bay. Kush Seafarm's success relies on a clean and sustainable aquatic ecosystem. The wild Atlantic waters that shape the rugged Irish coastline meet the Gulf Stream's warm waters and the cold fresh waters flowing from Irish bog lands. This is one of the last remaining ecosystems of this type in Europe.

Irish Country Meats (ICM) is Europe's leading lamb processor, with a reputation for product quality, innovation and customer service across the continent. ICM produces and markets a full range of sheepmeat products from traditional meat to innovative ready to cook and formulated lamb products. ICM is the largest sheepmeat processor on the island of Ireland, with state of the art production facilities in Camolin, Co Wexford and Navan, Co Meath.

Meade Farm Group

From their family farm in Lobinstown, County Meath, Meade Potato Company have now been growing, packing and distributing premium quality potatoes, fruit, vegetables, salads and organics over the past five decades.Philip Meade Sr. first began selling potatoes in the towns around Meath and Louth in 1977 and soon extended to Irish vegetables, and later, to Irish and other fruit. They were the first company to export Irish potatoes abroad by the boatload, and have since initiated shipments abroad of Irish product whenever export market conditions were suitable.Nestled in the drumlins of the Boyne Valley, the Meade farm and food production facility bears little resemblance to their original family farm. It has grown from a single packing store to include 150,000 sq. feet of packing facilities housing numerous state of the art production lines, with over 500,000sq. ft of loading and distribution space, all of which serve to make the journey from farm to fork as efficient as possible. The next generation of Meades now lead a team of over 240 people.
