Bandon Co –Operative/Bandon Vale Cheese Limited.

Bandon Vale was initially set up by the Mahon family in the 90s as a traditional cheesemaking company.Over the years, Bandon Vale developed and diversified in response to industry demand and is now equipped with eight state-of-the-art processing and packing lines.The company was acquired by Bandon Co-Operative in 2008 and has since experienced further expansion. Last year, the company invested in a purpose-built chilled and ambient storage facility, equipped with over 2000 pallet spaces.

Beechlawn Organic Farm

Padraig and Una met in 1998 while studying organic horticulture at The Organic College, Dromcollogher. In 2001, they started growing vegetables on Padraig's parents farm. The following year, Beechlawn Organic Farm was established.The business grew year-on-year, and the couple gradually gave up teaching horticulture to work full-time alongside other staff members, growing and selling organic vegetables.Starting with a box scheme, the business moved into farmers' markets. In 2009 it started selling to supermarkets. Over the following years, Beechlawn Organic Farm gradually gave up the markets and now focuses on supplying wholesale to shops, restaurants, supermarkets veg box schemes and larger wholesalers countrywide.The company grows 50 acres of mixed organic vegetable crops and runs a paid farm apprenticeship programme with the Organic Growers Of Ireland every year.

Blackwater Distillery

Blackwater Distillery is a micro-distillery situated on the banks of the Blackwater River, in beautiful West Waterford. Established in 2014 in Cappoquin distilling white spirits, it opened a micro whisky distillery in 2018 in Ballyduff Upper. We craft a range of spirits including award-winning gins, vodka and Single Malt and Traditional Pot Still Irish whisky the old-fashioned way, with every precious drop made with 100% Irish barley, oats, wheat, and rye. Our first whiskies were released in December 2022. Available for tours, tastings, and masterclasses.

Clonakilty Distillery Ltd

Clonakilty Distillery founders, the Scully family, have farmed their coastal land for eight successive generations. A commitment to both heritage and innovation has led to the revival of ancient malting barley varieties. Using these barley varities the Scully family create a range of craft whiskies and gin that honors this unique inheritance to manufacture and supply them to the domestic and international markets. Clonakilty Distillery's whiskies and gin's have no added sugar, fat or salt and are gluten free. Injecting vibrant new life into the heart of the town, the Distillery is set to become a landmark building on the Wild Atlantic Way route to Clonakilty as they open up a "best in class" Distillery Visitor Experience in the January of 2018

East Coast Bakehouse

East Coast Bakehouse, established in 2015 by Alison Cowzer and Michael Carey, manufactures biscuits for the domestic and export markets from its factory in Drogheda, Co. Louth. "Baking Better Biscuits", the factory features one of the largest biscuit ovens and the longest single production line in Europe, manufacturing and packing 90,000 biscuits per hour. The company's products are available in 26 countries including the UK, Kenya, Portugal and Australia.

HYDE Irish Whiskey

The Hyde family has a long tradition of involvement in the drinks industry in Ireland; they were well-known tavern owners at 'Tinkers Cross' outside Bandon in West Cork, from 1640 to 1962. Here they sold Irish whiskey and draught Irish stout straight from wooden casks that they tapped by hand with a wooden mallet and a brass tap.The drinks business runs through 12 generations of the Hyde family tree. At one stage in 1916, their grandfather, grand-uncle and grand-aunt were all publicans in Bandon. Today, Alan and Conor Hyde are the first generation not to own a tavern, but they continue the family tradition by producing some of Ireland's finest whiskey.

Irish Country Meats

Irish Country Meats (ICM) is Europe's leading lamb processor, with a reputation for product quality, innovation and customer service across the continent. ICM produces and markets a full range of sheepmeat products from traditional meat to innovative ready to cook and formulated lamb products. ICM is the largest sheepmeat processor on the island of Ireland, with state of the art production facilities in Camolin, Co Wexford and Navan, Co Meath.

Kearney's Home Baking

Established in 1992 by sisters Maura and Siobhan Kearney, Kearney's Home Baking was born out of a shared passion for home baking. Building upon a Diploma undertaken in Bakery Production and Management at the former Dublin Institute of Technology, the sisters worked diligently throughout their studies to carry out comprehensive market research and testing using their mother's recipes. They quickly identified a significant local demand for tasty, traditional products like soda bread, scones and apple tarts. Equipped with family expertise, determination and a love for good food, a bakehouse was built on a Greenfield site in Ballyhahill, County Limerick. Thirty years on, the company has grown from 2 employees to 25 and is still producing the same quality products, with the same passion.

Norfish Ltd

Located in the fishing port of Killybegs, Co. Donegal, Norfish Ltd. has consistently innovated since the founding of the company in 1974. Having initially focused production on salted whole and filleted herring, the business has expanded and invested through the years. Today, Norfish Ltd. operates a state of the art Pelagic production facility and smokehouse, employing a total of 20 people from the local area. It also offers a diverse product range which includes herring, mackerel, smoked coley, haddock, cod, horse mackerel, sprat, blue whiting and salmon.

Silver Pail Dairy

Silver Pail Dairy is located in Fermoy, Co.Cork, near the south coast of Ireland. It is in the heartland of Ireland's magnificent Golden Vale, a region renowned for its rolling pastureland and recognised as some of the best land in the world for dairy farming.Silver Pail Dairy was founded in 1978 by Michael Murphy and has grown to become the largest ice cream manufacturer in Ireland with many years' experience in developing and producing high quality ice cream and frozen desserts for retail, food service and private label customers.

Staunton Foods Ltd

Staunton Foods Ltd was established in 1950 and has been supplying quality pork and bacon products to domestic and export markets for over 50 years. The company, based in Timoleague in Co. Cork, opened a new purpose built factory in 1996, from which it continues to operate. Staunton Foods Ltd is now one of the main pigmeat processors in Ireland, growing from humble origins to become a major employer in west Cork. All of the pigs processed are guaranteed to be of Irish origin, with the majority sourced locally. Staunton Foods Ltd supply a full range of pork and bacon primal products both fresh and frozen to a wide variety of customers. These customers include further processing facilities, wholesalers, the food service industry, manufacturers, and retailers globally.

Sunshine Juice Ltd

Upon Paul Walshe's return to Ireland from a trip in North America in 1997 he noticed there was ready availability and popularity for freshly squeezed juice, following this Sunshine Juice Ltd was formed in 1998. Paul purchased an industrial juicing machine and has been making juices from his Carlow base since. Today Sunshine Juice now operates out of a 26,000 sq ft facility in Carlow and employs 45 personnel. They produce a range of 100% freshly squeezed juices with no artificial additives or preservatives. Due to their growth their product range has further expanded to smoothies and fruit salads (branded as "Walshes Really Fresh") and their cold-pressed vegetable juice (branded as "Veg Out"). Walshe's Products have won more than 25 great taste awards and 8 Blas na hEireann awards.

The Merry Mill

The Merry Mill is a family-run organic farm and mill located in County Laois, Ireland. The Scully Family takes pride in producing a range of premium organic gluten-free foods, including irish organic gluten free oats, organic gluten free flour, and organic produce. In fact, they've even built Ireland's first organic gluten-free oat mill! From growing and harvesting to milling and packing, the Scullys control every aspect of the production process to ensure the highest quality gluten-free food. Their products consistently test below 5ppm for gluten, so you can trust that you're getting the best quality foods.The Merry Mill products are found in local health food stores and artisan food stores nationwide as well as restaurants, bakeries, cafés and food emporiums. Since 2017, The Merry Mill has been exporting to Israel as they are uniquely qualified to produce kosher oats from their single origin grain, certified organic and gluten free, grown in a quiet part of the world.

The Nestbox Egg Company

The Nestbox Egg Company Ltd is a second-generation, family-owned business based in Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan.The company was formed in 1999, opening a state-of-the-art egg grading facility in Lurganmore, just outside Castleblaney.The company employs over 60 staff who grade and distribute over three million eggs per week. The core business of the Nestbox Egg Company is focused on offering customers a range of quality, pasteurised, Bord Bia approved boiled shell eggs.

West Coast Crab Sales Ltd

Established in 2016 by brothers Jonathan and Patrick O'Donnell, West Coast Crab Sales Ltd is an Irish shellfish supplier specialising in Brown Crab and European Lobster to both domestic and international markets. Over the past 25 years their export markets have included Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. In recent years exports have grown to include Asian countries.

Beara Distillery Ltd

Owned by the Power family, Beara Distillery is the birthplace of Beara Ocean Gin - a hand-crafted, small-batch gin, infused with wild Atlantic sea water and Ventry harbour sugar kelp. Supplying the Irish market, Beara Distillery has partnered with a number of key distributors to grow their reach and supply bars and restaurants

Annalitten Foods Ltd

Annalitten Foods Ltd. is a privately owned family business and one of Ireland's largest egg packing and distribution companies. The company was established in rural Monaghan in the 1950's by Patrick & Margaret O'Reilly who began a small egg collection & delivery business to support their young family. Today, the business is run by Michael & P.J O'Reilly and their sons, Damien, Keith & Matthew, the third generation of the family. Twenty individual farmers from all over Ireland supply Annalitten Foods every week with Bord Bia Quality Assured eggs. The company has never been afraid to invest in the latest production systems and egg grading equipment to ensure that its eggs reach customers with maximum freshness and quality. Two million eggs are processed per week to a 'Class A' quality on the most modern egg grading equipment on the market.

Barry John Sausages

Barry John Sausages is a family run gourmet sausage manufacturing business from Cavan. Barry has been making award winning sausages for nearly 3 decades now. He began making sausages at a young age in 1994 in his father's artisan butcher shop, then in 2013, to expand his business he opened up his own sustainable manufacturing premises in Poles, Co Cavan. What makes Barry John Sausages unique is the imaginative range of unusual flavoured pork sausages they create. Such as, Spice Bag / Bacon, Mushroom & Black Pudding / Cheddar Cheese & Chilli Flakes and not to forget the Chocolate Chip & Honeycomb sensational one. All of the pork they use is from 100% PQAS certified suppliers and they source as much locally produced ingredients as possible. Barry John Sausages supplies supermarkets, individual stores and butcher shops around Cavan, Meath, Longford, West Meath, Donegal & Fermanagh. In 2020 they went online and can now supply all of Ireland directly to the consumer through their online shop.

Sushi King

Upon returning from a backpacking trip, Audrey Gargan was inspired to open a sushi shop as she felt there was a gap in the market in for fresh and affordable sushi in Ireland. Sushi King first started producing sushi from its' shop situated at Baggot Street Dunlin 2 in 2006. From there Audrey moved production in a commercial kitchen and was then able to offer sushi to more customers. Sushi King is currently listed with a number of premium retailers, catering companies and large food service companies.

Kinnegar Brewing

Kinnegar Brewing was established in 2013 in Rathmullan, amidst the hilly fields and farms of northeast Donegal. Rapid growth and success made expansion inevitable and in 2017 the brewery relocated to a larger production facility in nearby Letterkenny. Their mission to consistently produce beer of the highest quality remained unchanged. Kinnegar pairs brewing tradition with a contemporary sense of adventure to produce clean, crisp, full-flavoured beers. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, their extensive range of core beers spans a wide variety of highly drinkable, accessible styles. State of the art brewing facilities offer the flexibility to meet the ever-increasing demand for Kinnegar Brewing's popular core range, while also allowing the production of small batch brews ideal for piloting fresh ideas and keeping the interest of both brewers and customers piqued. The company's range of mushroom products includes fresh loose Irish mushrooms, pre-packed fresh Irish mushrooms, exotic mushroom selections, sliced mushrooms, customised mixes, organic, as well as ready to cook value added mushroom products.

Ballymaloe Foods

Ballymaloe Foods was founded in 1990 by Yasmin Hyde. Her mother, Myrtle Allen was Ireland's first female Michelin Star chef. She opened a gastro restaurant at Ballymaloe House in the 1960s and it was here that she developed the now iconic Original Relish recipe, using tomatoes grown on the grounds and a blend of spices and other natural ingredients.Fast forward 30 years and Ballymaloe Foods is now the number 1 relish brand in Ireland. Our products are available in both retail and foodservice channels and we export to over 10 countries. We started our business with the Original Tomato Relish and have now grown to over 18 products, including pasta sauces, beetroot, traditional roasting and meat sauces, mayonnaise, and salad dressings.

Meade Farm Group

From their family farm in Lobinstown, County Meath, Meade Potato Company have now been growing, packing and distributing premium quality potatoes, fruit, vegetables, salads and organics over the past five decades.Philip Meade Sr. first began selling potatoes in the towns around Meath and Louth in 1977 and soon extended to Irish vegetables, and later, to Irish and other fruit. They were the first company to export Irish potatoes abroad by the boatload, and have since initiated shipments abroad of Irish product whenever export market conditions were suitable.Nestled in the drumlins of the Boyne Valley, the Meade farm and food production facility bears little resemblance to their original family farm. It has grown from a single packing store to include 150,000 sq. feet of packing facilities housing numerous state of the art production lines, with over 500,000sq. ft of loading and distribution space, all of which serve to make the journey from farm to fork as efficient as possible. The next generation of Meades now lead a team of over 240 people.

Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers

Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers is a 100% family-owned business focused primarily on the production of branded blue cheese. The company's cow's milk cheese is branded Cashel Blue, while its sheep's milk cheese is called Crozier Blue.Established in 1984 by Louis and Jane Grubb, the company is now managed by a second family generation, with the original cheese recipe created by Jane. Cashel Blue is a registered international brand. Cheese quality, flavour excellence, and production sustainability are its primary company objectives.All Cashel and Crozier Blue cheese is made, matured, graded and selected at Beechmount Farm, Co. Tipperary, close to the historic town of Cashel.

Folláin

Folláin Teoranta was established in 1983 by Mairín and Peadar Uí Lionáird in partnership with Eithne Uí Shiadhail in the Lionáird's home kitchen. There, they began making what would become award winning preserves using 100% natural ingredients and have been going from strength to strength ever since. Mairín and Peadar still pride themselves on maintaining that homemade quality. Over the years Folláin has increased its range from sweet fruit preserves to include a savoury line of relishes, chutneys, salsas and sauces, innovative no added sugar ranges including jams and marmalades range, as well as no added sugar or salt relish ranges. These developments show a company dynamism and responsiveness to consumer demand whilst maintaining steadfast in its dedication to the use of only natural ingredients.

ABP Foods
