UK Consultation - Fairer Food Labelling & 30th April Import Control Changes

The UK Government has launched a consultation process for fairer food labelling to ensure greater transparency around the origin of food and methods of production.  It relates to a new tiered system of labelling that will highlight country of origin on certain products and focus on the systems of production, including welfare inputs and outcomes.
