HortLink is a grower-led community designed to bring ambitious people from across Irish horticulture together to learn, connect and develop. Built on trust, practical learning and peer-to-peer support, it provides a space where growers can share experiences, challenge ideas and build relationships that strengthen both their businesses and the wider industry.
The Future Leaders Programme is the development programme within HortLink, created for people working in, or progressing towards, careers in Irish horticulture who want to build their leadership, commercial knowledge and industry perspective.
